Raffle tickets are $5.00 each. A maximum of 1,800 raffle tickets will be sold. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. Raffle tickets will be sold September 1, 2016. Tickets will be available for purchase from women of the Junior League individually and at the following retail locations: Webfoot Bar and Grill, Grant’s Hearing and ChaCha’s Boutique.
Tickets can be purchased using cash and checks ONLY. Checks should be made payable to Junior League of Eugene. No raffle tickets or money for raffle tickets may be sent through public or private mail. A dishonored check will be considered an invalid raffle ticket and all attempts to notify the entrant will be made in this case.
Individuals must be 18 or older to participate in the Duck Football Bowl Game Raffle.
Selection of winner
The drawing will be held at 6:30pm December 5th, 2016 at Webfoot Bar and Grill in Eugene. This drawing will be open to the public. Winning ticket holder need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via phone or email immediately following the drawing. The names of the winners will be posted on our website: www.jleugene.org. Alternatively, the name of the winner may be obtained by a request, in writing, to the Junior League of Eugene together with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, received no later than April 30, 2017 to: PO Box 1029; Eugene, OR 97440.
General Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules & Regulations of the Bowl Bound Raffle and the decisions of the Junior League of Eugene, which will be final. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Junior League of Eugene is not associated with the University of Oregon.

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY: Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be either a business entity or an individual 18 years or older at time of entry purchase. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
DRAWINGS: Only 1,800 tickets will be sold at $5 each. Drawing date is December 8, 2016.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: All winners will be notified via email or phone where available by The Junior League of Eugene. Three (3) business days after the completion of the Drawing, entry purchasers can access www.jleugene.org to check prize winning raffle ticket numbers. Also at that time, names of the prize winners will be available on the website.
CLAIMING A PRIZE: Winners are liable for any and all federal, state and local taxes associated with winning the Raffle. The Junior League of Eugene is obligated to report the value of the prize to tax authorities as income and a W-9 or similar tax form must be completed by the Winner for the purposes of tax form reporting. Winners must furnish The Junior League of Eugene with information necessary to complete the tax filing before claiming their prize. All Prize winners must claim their prize prior to December 20, 2016, and Grand Prize winner must allow the Junior League of Eugene 5 business days to issue a check in the amount of $2,500. The winners will be instructed as to how to claim their prize at the time of notification by the Administrator or Junior League representative. Any questions should be relayed to the Administrator at the contact information below.
PRIVACY: By entering the Raffle, entry purchasers agree that their information provided in connection with the Raffle entry may be used for communications conducted for the benefit The Junior League of Eugene. An entry purchaser may subsequently “opt-out” of the receipt of such communications by following the directions in any e-mail, other communication or by contacting the Administrator (contact information below). Other than as provided herein, an entry purchaser’s information will not be shared with or sold to any other person or entity. Purchase of an entry in the Raffle, constitutes permission for the Raffle and The Junior League or Eugene to use winner’s name and/or likeness, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising the Raffle or future raffles without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WAIVER / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize), release The Junior League of Eugene, and its respective affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use and distribution of the prize(s) awarded. If a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize or a cash equivalent will revert to The Junior League of Eugene.
